Merry Christmas Merry Yule

The God of the Wild

I would like to begin by acknowledging the Dharwal people, Traditional Custodians of the land on which we meet today, and pay my respects to their Elders past and present. I extend that respect to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples here today.’

Namo namaha. नमो नमः

I would like to take this opportunity to wish all of my followers a Merry Christmas or a Merry Yule. May you have a blessed day with your friends, family and loved ones. May your hard work and effort throughout 2020 be rewarded in a way that is appropriate to your journey.

It has been a long, difficult and testing year for most of us on this earth and I would like to remind you that by surviving a once in a 100 year event, you have proven to yourself the depths of your own resourcefulness. With the knowledge of having uncovered an inner strength within yourself, may you enter 2021 with the resolve to hold no expectations for the new year ahead and to accept what may come up with an attitude of determination, courage and curiosity. Letting go of judgements about your experiences and set a new intention to practice being in the moment at every opportunity.

Begin, now, with 3-5 mindful breaths, and let the new year commence with a willingness to embrace uncertainty, knowing that you have everything you need to make it to the end of 2021.

Thank you for joining me on this journey to freedom.

Love, light and blessings to you all.

OM shanti, shanti, shanti.
